See You At Scuba Show 2024 in LA, CA, USA
America’s largest consumer scuba expo since 1988 relocates to Los Angeles Convention Center on June 1 & 2
After 37 years in Long Beach, California, Scuba Show will be held in America’s second-largest city for the first time. This expo has drawn approximately 10,000 passionate divers and ocean lovers annually. More info: https://scubashow.com/.
It will feature worldwide travel deals, the newest dive gear, product showcases, 250+ exhibitors within 80,000 square feet of exhibit space, plus over 70 seminars and professional workshops.
I'm very excited to be presenting another seminar at this year's event. Last year, it was "Blogging About Bubbles". This year, a new seminar is titled "The 12 Most Common Diving Injuries –– And How To Avoid Them" at 3:00 pm on Sunday, 2 June.
Scuba Show will again have a 15,000-gallon “Try Scuba” heated pool.
Plus, there will be a 16-foot video wall, Disco Shark (a 7-foot-long piece of art shaped like a shark and covered with over 6,000 glass mirror tiles), concessions for lunches and dinner, plus bars.
A Saturday Night Party will give away more than $50,000 in door prizes, gear, and tropical trips as outlined here: https://scubashow.com/saturday-night-party/.
The entertainment will be provided by Woodie and the Longboards, the ultimate Beach Boys tribute band.
New this year is a bucking shark, so if you've ever ridden a mechanical bull at a country western bar, here's your chance to climb aboard a shark for the ride of your life!
A LEED Gold Certified Venue.
The L.A. Convention Center is a world-class meeting facility situated in the premier sports and entertainment district called LA Live with a 3,800-car garage for $25/day.
Advance tickets are now on sale with all ticket options and packages available online at https://scubashow.com/.
The Scuba Show attracts dive enthusiasts and those wanting to start, with travel writers, photographers, and publicists welcome. I hope to see you there!

I was PADI-certified as an Open Diver in 1985 in a reservoir south of Dallas, TX, USA. After a few bone-chilling experiences in Northern California, I have dived exclusively in warm water ever since –– in Australia, Micronesia, four of the Hawaiian Islands, Mexico, and throughout the Caribbean.
