Come and get free-dive ready with Salt Aoteroa’s founder and freedive instructor Renee Taylor. Autumn and Winter make for some pretty spectacular diving so take advantage of gaining your free-diving skills while you can!

When: Sunday 7th May 2023, 3pm-8pm
Where: The New Market Olympic Pools- Auckland

What to bring: Wetsuit, mask + snorkel, weight + weight belt, fins, snacks and water, towel

What's provided: Pool lane and entry, you'll receive some pre-reading, can provide mask+ snorkel on request.

Cost: $250

We will go over on all the basic skills to increase your safety as well as enjoyment while free-diving. The small group will mean you will get a more personalised coaching experience. We will cover skills like physiology of freediving, equalisation, weighting, streamlining, rescues, breathing and breath-hold, buddy system.
