The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show is the perfect place to check out the latest boats, engines, trailers, electronics, and accessories, with over 200 exhibitors and 40 boat brands on display. And don’t worry passionate divers, this year you’ll find the brand-new Fishing, Dive & Travel zone, meaning it’ll be easy to find all your diving gear, plus incredible destinations to dive, in one area of the show. You’ll also be able to chat with diving experts and learn how to prepare and eat your underwater bounty!
The best Grand Prize ever!
It wouldn’t be The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show without one helluva Grand Prize, and this year it’s the biggest in the show’s history! One lucky attendee at The 2025 Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show will score the ultimate prize: a jaw-dropping Surtees/Yamaha boat package worth over $360,000! Plus, all tickets purchased online before midnight on 12 May will be eligible for a bonus entry into the draw.
This year’s Grand Prize is a newly designed Surtees 770 Game Fisher powered by a Yamaha F350 4.3L V6 paired with Yamaha’s ingenious Helm Master EX System and Joystick. The Grand Prize rides on an impressive AlloyTech Trailers aluminium trailer, and is packed with top-notch features from Garmin, Shimano, Fusion, and many more, making it the ultimate package for boating, diving, and fishing enthusiasts.
Whether you’re on a full-blown diving mission or taking the family on an overnighter, the brand-new Surtees 770 Game Fisher has you covered. There’s a great cabin-to-cockpit flow with large, bi-folding doors, a table that folds out of the way,
customisable seating, and ample headroom. Creature comforts include a built-in diesel cooker, freshwater sink, toilet, built-in fridge, and hot and cold freshwater shower. Comfort is also ensured while underway and at rest with Surtees’ standard
soft-riding, deep-V hull design and Surtees’ water ballast stability system.
How to enter
1. Purchase your ticket to The 2025 Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show online at boatshow.co.nz or at the show.
2. Attend The 2025 Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show.
3. Register your ticket online or at the show.
4. If you purchase your tickets online, you can register your ticket prior to the show by filling out your details upon purchasing, or following the link on your unregistered tickets and adding your details. If you purchase tickets at the
event, you can register your ticket at the iPads throughout the show.
5. Scan your registered entry ticket at ALL scan points throughout the show before 4pm on Sunday 18 May 2025 (see Show Guide or event signage for locations).
You can easily check which scan points you’ve scanned at, and what scan points remain, by following the link on your online tickets or scanning the QR code on your physical tickets. You can also ask one of the friendly team members to check on your behalf. Once you’ve scanned your registered ticket at all locations, you’re automatically entered into the draw.
If you purchase your tickets online BEFORE midnight, 12 May 2025, you will be automatically entered into the draw TWICE upon completing steps 1-5 above. If you purchase your ticket AFTER midnight, 12 May 2025, you will be automatically
entered into the draw ONCE upon completing steps 1-5 above.
REMEMBER! Only registered tickets that have been scanned at ALL scan stations before 4pm, Sunday 18 May 2025 will be entered into the draw.
